Ashok will be going deeper into some new aspects of Amygdala Retraining that incorporate “Parts Therapy” & “Inner Child” type work, as well as updating on the existing techniques. This weekend is highly recommended, and designed for anyone, whether you are just starting out, or have been retraining for a while with success, or have got stuck during your retraining and need re-motivating. I understand that for some retrainers, face to face support is what they need to succeed. Ashok’s aim is for you to leave the workshop feeling motivated, positive, stronger, and ready to recover, and previous attendees have told us that having the interactive energy of a workshop really worked for them!
If you need to rest and lie down during the workshop, there will be space for this. There will also be time to speak to Ashok or a Gupta coach directly about your personal recovery. We have kept the timings in such a way that if you are flying in from outside that particular city, you can leave with plenty of time on the Sunday late-afternoon. Any issues related to MCS will also be covered if required, in addition to ME/CFS and Fibromyalgia.
